Social Justice Committee
The Social Justice Committee holds monthly meetings on the third Friday of each month at 12:15 p.m. at the Casablanca restaurant on Milwaukee's east side (on Brady St.). We encourage anyone interested in discussing social justice issues and projects to attend (and if you can't attend meetings, please contact us for more information and/or join in our activities!)

In addition to social justice activities directly through Congregation Shir Hadash, we are a founding member of Tikkun Ha-ir ("Repair of the City") (www.tikkunha-ir.org) and the only Jewish congregation that is a member of MICAH (Milwaukee Innercity Congregations Allied for Hope) (www.micahempowers.org).

MICAH Monthly Meetings
CSH is the only Jewish member of Milwaukee Inner-city Congregations Allied for Hope (MICAH), which addresses social justice issues. Consider representing CSH by getting involved on a MICAH committee.
